Timed Shutdown?

Is there a feature in Win2000 or XP that allows you to set a time for it to shutdown? I know you can send one into standby but can it be shutdown? Any programs that will let you do this maybe? Just wondering.

There is a shortcut that will shut down the computer. I dont recall it off the top of my head, but if you do a search, you'll find it. You can arrange for the task scheduler service to perform it at a set time.
