Laptop. Shut off as soon as I am done with it.

No. I do not keep my computer running 24/7, my electric company does. It's because of the evil monkey in my closet. He wasn't always evil.

Main machine P3 800mhz 24/7.
Newer machine P4 2.6Ghz on only as required.
Old machine celeron 500 rarely on.


I need the hum of the fans to sleep.
