I use Timewarner and...

If the purpose of greater bandwidth is to download more data faster (at least for me), and these caps will significantly limit the data downloaded, then having greater bandwidth to download more will be pointless. I mean 5GB? WTF? Might as well stick with a lower-cost, low-bandwidth plan and stick to doing low-bandwidth activities like surfing the web or playing games.
