time to upgrade an MSI K7T PRO2a/CPU; Suggestions?

My KT133A setup needs a facelift and need some suggestions for CPU/Motherboard/Video Card combo. Was looking to upgrade to (see sig below for current specs):

MSI K7T266 PRO2 VIA KT266A+ ~$110
AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1.33GHz 266MHz AYHJA ~$106
VGA PNY|GF3/TI200 64MB DDR TV/DVI ~$175

Wow, Athlon-C prices have gone up since I last looked!

Anyway - maybe it's worth considering an AXP 1500+? - it's about $35 more, but you'd get the SSE instructions and assorted other Palomino benefits. It's probably harder to OC, though.

I'm partial to the Epox 8KHA+ myself over the MSI board. From what I've read, the Epox or Shuttle are a little better if you want to OC. But if I went for MSI, I'd probably get their Pro2-RU board for the RAID and USB2.0 etc.
