I use Turtle Wax ICE. It's very very easy to apply and remove, a bottle can last about 20 cars, and looks great!

very nice, where is the cheapest place to get all of that? Also, bad idea to do it in the sun? I don't have a garage, but if i start early i hope i can finish before it rains...

You can really only get it through Zaino: http://www.zainobros.com

They're located in NJ.

I don't have a garage myself, but I do have a huge tree in my driveway. I start at about 5pm, finish just when the sun goes down. It's recommended you don't do it in the sun because it just dries everything up and leaves marks. Just do it in a shaded area and you'll be fine.

Another vote for Zaino's. Definitely the best customer service....Mr Zaino himself called me up and educated me on the best way to use his product! I had literally emailed me question the day before and he was on the phone the next afternoon (having looked up my phone number from my initial order!) Amazing service and amazing product.

MD.

Yup, Mr. Zaino really loves his own creation ;)

I will vote klasse for the semi budget minded. I love it. granted, i shouldn't have left my bottles outside... heh. I'm probably going to switch to just plain old Meguiar's. I have this tendancy to want to wash the car every other week and wax it too. save the klasse build up for winter maybe, when I can't do that.

Another vote for Zaino. Timing is everything. I like to wait for a cloudy cool day and start in the evening.

claybar makes your car incredibly smooth, but it takes a LONG damn time. i did the clay bar/5-star shine synthetic wash/wax. the process took at least 4 hours over 2 days. it's been two years since i've done it...i think it's about time for a second run.

here are the results in vids....i can't believe i still have them.
