Time to buy a new cellphone

Requirements:

Needs to be able to take sim card (I'm on T-Mobile)
Needs a big screen (Bigger that 176 by 220 Pixels)
Camera (Preferable 2.0 Megapixels)
MUST HAVE BLUETOOTH

I've heard of the Motorola V3X and the Nokia N90 which encompases all of these requirements...can anyone recommend other models?

I agree it belongs in General Hardware, but the best place to get feedback would still be in the Off-topic categorie for the fact that everyone basically has a cell phone now and the majority of Anandtech users are in Off-topic.

Wow! That is a nice phone. Are there any plans for a newer model to be released? If i'm going to spend ~$400 on a phone I would hope I don't get screwed in the future....
