Time synchronization on Netware?

I have a Netware 4.x server that I'm trying to change the system time on, but when I "set time xx:xx:xx", it says that time synchronization is active, and it doesn't change the clock. Anybody know how I can stop time synchronization and keep it from loading at startup?
 
You have to set your time on your Primary Time Server. All other servers should be set secondary and sync to that. You can't disable synchronization without ending up with major NDS problems as it relies heavily on timestamps.
 
Novell's support website has a number of articles explaining how it works and how to configure things. I don't recall where everything is as it's been a couple of years for me. 🙂
 
Well, it's kinda coming back to me now.

When you give the 'set time xx:xx' command, it should come back with a message telling you that time synchronization is active and ask if you want to continue. If you answer yes, it should go ahead and change the time for you.

 
That's what it said, and I said yes, but it didn't do jack.


Well, that was weird... I ran it again and it took this time. Maybe I don't have to root through the TIDs after all.
