Ok i got this board a nf4u about 2 weeks ago and since then the time was way off one time before. And this time it was exactly 4 hours off. This was after installing a cd drive idk if that would cause it or if it happened before and i didnt notice
 
Perhaps the battery on the motherboard is dieing, do you have another one to try? Or else you can buy another for a very cheap price. Usually when your Windows time gets off it is the culprit.

P.S. Please try to type clearer, it took me three read-throughs to figure out what you meant.
