Hi, Please can I have advice on the above build?

I do a full upgrade every two or three years with only partial upgrades of CPU/GPU during that time. I have £1500 (about $3000) to spend. The rig will be used for home use browsing and gaming only. I want it to be quiet. I would like to upgrade by March 08 if 3870 can be bought for what they're worth!
Should I go with 1GB sticks or 2GB sticks (1GB/2GB less/more costly to replace if they fail, more/less likely to affect mobo stability?)
I'm upgrading from nForce4 s939, AMD64 Single Core @2.4 stock, 2GB DDR3200, 7600GT Passive, 2 x 250GB Raid 0 Samsung, 1 x 500GB Samsung spare, P180, Vista Ultimate 32bit.
Thanks

Edit: P182ES>P182SE, ...replace>replace if they fail

Why not reuse the p180 ? Although if it's the first version I can imagine you want a p180b or p182. Why the x38 mobo ? P35 is much more bang for buck, and also allows for crossfire. Rather spend 50$ extra on the CPU. PSU sounds good I guess, other, probably less expensive options could be corsair 620hx, or the 650tx. 2x2gb is easier to overclock with, although 4x1gb shouldn't give any trouble for 3.3ghz. Why raid btw ? Waste of money if you ask me...
