Time to get rid of these cheapo Polks and get something good. Budget is $1k for front mains and center. This is mainly for home theater use more than movies. So I am very focused on a quality center then will get the matching center. I need towers so bookshelves are out which I know makes the budget harder to handle. Been looking at SVS outlet, Emptek B-Stock, and Chane. Chances are busting the budged a bit and am not convinced on their center channel. Thanks for the thoughts.

Elac has been getting pretty good reviews in the "budget" category.
http://elac-america.myshopify.com , also sold on Amazon.

Only down side to the elac I can see, and they look nice, but I dont know how they sound is, they only offer a 3 year warranty and you have to pay the shipping of the speaker to them and back to you, where when I had a problem with one of my passive speakers, I never had to send it to BIC at all, they paid for the shipping, and the PL89's have a Extended 8 Year Limited Parts & Labor warranty on them. I dont even think ANY of the "name" brand speaker companies have a warranty like that even.

Hell here is the warranty on the sub, 5 years even on the amp (Ive had mine for over 5 years, used every single day and still going strong)...Warranty: Extended 8 Years Parts & Labor on Driver, 5 Years on Amp & Associated Electronics.

I've always been partial to Klipsch and wouldn't hesitate to at least try them out. Personal favorite have always been B&W. Was in a showroom years (10ish maybe) ago and was listening to a set of bookshelf speaks by B&W and was totally blown away by the amount of bass that was coming out of them and how amazing they sounded compared to the Klipsch towers my dad had just bought.

Only one day left on this drop for Chane A3rx-c's.

They are a really good deal but am going to have to pass right now. Wife moved some of my budget to some kitchen improvements. Upgrading TV first so speakers are going to have to wait until later this year around summer or fall. Good news is Emptek is supposedly releasing an upgrade which is who I was leaning towards anyways.
