Time for a new PSU, how big should I go?

I recently upgraded my CPU and board and now any time my PC is totally shutdown, in order to power again i have to flip the power on the PSU off, wait a few secs then switch it back and then boot. Seems like I dont have enough juice. My system is:

Athlon64 2800+
Gigabyte KT800
2x 512MB PC3200
Radeon 9700Pro
CD-RW
DVD-ROM
120gb 8mb 7200rpm WD drive

right now I have a 300W Antec PSU. I was thinking about an Enermax Noisetaker 350W or a Thermaltake 480W Silent Purepower. Any thoughts on either of these? Or suggestions of PSUs around the $50-$70?
thanks,
-doug

I really doubt you "don't have enough juice"; I'm running a very similar rig on a 300W PSU without any problems. Often powerdown/up issues like this are related to the motherboard; maybe a BIOS update would help?

If you do want a new PSU, either of those should be fine. The Antec "TruePower" 430W is also supposed to be excellent (but may be a bit louder than either of those). If you want *really* quiet, you might try the Seasonic Super Tornado line, which SilentPCReview pegged as the quietest. A tad pricey, though, especially if you want the 400W. They also recently reviewed the Enermax Noisetaker.

I'd say 300-400 good PSU would be fine....Antec, Enermax, Enlight, Fortron and Sparkle would be good choices...good luck

go on ebay.
Look for someone with very good feedback. I've seen 500watt power supply's for 30 including shipping.
