I'm one of those, on time is late, early is on time people. The problem is I can annoy myself with worrying about time.
For example I work at 11:30am today and I've been up since about 7:30am. I don't need to leave until 10:30am (and even that's leaving earlier than truly necessary).
During this three hour time frame I am constantly checking the clock and sometimes make myself overly anxious even though I know I have plenty of time and it's very likely I'll be late for any reason.
Anyone else do this? I think I just need a chill pill or something.
