I would never eat freshwater fish from China. When I lived in the country side of China as a little kid, the toilets were built on top of a pond. I remembered when I was getting ready to do my business in the toilet stall the whole pond moves cause the fish knew it's feeding time. This was many years ago and I don't know if they still build toilet on top of ponds anymore but that image was imbeded into my brain and I could never eat fishwater fish from China. Ever!
