Surely the OP is kidding?

Sam Jackson is the only part of that movie I actually liked. And he did win a BAFTA for his role. Although if you really want to see him steal a movie, rent "The Long Kiss Goodnight". Geena Davis is hot and turns in a great performance, but Jackson absolutely stole that movie.

So why exactly did you hold anyone in high regard for their pulp fiction performance if you hadn't seen the movie? o_O

because everyone said it was a great movie

and i often say i have watched movies and discuss them with people when all i have seen is quotes, memes and youtube clips :(

Samuel Jackson and Lawrence Fishburn have been confused as the same person many times before:

Well, apparently all black people look alike. Someone told me once that I look like Forest Whitaker, though I look nothing like him...

That's the implication. But in reality people of all races get confused for one another especially Asians, blacks, whites, Mexicans and Donald Trump.

well truthfully i have never actually watched the movie, just seen a few screenshots in passing. and mostly just the john travolta shrugging meme.

so this clip was the first time i had actually seen any video from the movie at all.

because everyone said it was a great movie

and i often say i have watched movies and discuss them with people when all i have seen is quotes, memes and youtube clips :(

Instead of getting the gist of a movie through quotes, memes and youtube clips, why don't you just watch the movie? It's pretty good & you might actually like it.

Yeah I don't get it. I'm terrible with faces but Will Smith and Samuel L Jackson are pretty different looking. I'll admit that I get Chris Rock and Chris Tucker confused all the time though.
