It sounds to me if your all patched up that your safe from this one which is often the case.

This thing also specifically targets a relatively small group of people.

In any case, relying on blacklist scanners such as anti-virus/spyware/malware programs is not the answer. HIPS, behavior blockers, sandbox programs, and light virtualization programs are the answers to todays malware problems. Add to that a good, clean and recent image of your system and/or backups of your data and your golden.
