it looks like after taking their sweet ass time to process my order, TigerDirect automatically upgraded my shipment to next day. Tracking shows UPS received it on Aug 2nd, and it's already out for delivery today, Aug 3rd. That's next day shipping w00t.

I was wondering the same thing....i get my card finally on friday. I read the rebate but am not clear on what i send with the rebate for a receipt. Do i mail the tigerdirect order conformation.

For the receipt, request an invoice directly from TigerDirect HERE. But sometimes that web page request form doesn't work so well, so you might want to call them (800.800.8300) and ask them to email you one. They sent me one in Word doc format.

quick question, i know if i cut upc code i can't return to TD, but would I still be able to get wawrranty from Connect3D? Cause I can't test to see if it's working right now, I dont have pci-e mobo yet, waiting on crossfire mobo

You get warranty from Connect3d.
Just keep your receipt.

My replacement RMA was new in retail box. Im hoping my rebate isnt invalidated because I got a replacement direct from tiger direct. However, I'm still having temperature issues. Readjusting the automatic fan settings seems to have fixed the problem, but have also made the card incredibly loud.

Did anyone get the same rejection notice?

Not yet, but if I do I'm going to raise some hell, this is my second card and it still overheats and crashes and that's with AS5 and the fan running at 100%, which by the way sounds like a hair dryer at that speed.
