The way he's playing...and spending money...he'll be selling that home and going bankrupt sooner then you can swing a golf club.

On second though, I see it becoming the Playboy Mansion of the East Coast.

Think of the parties. Think of the orgies!

I tend to think he is an idiot. While I certainly don't know his ex-wife personally, from what I have read she is very nice. She is certainly a really good looking woman with a gorgeous figure. Well, after all, she is a model so she would have to be pretty terrific. But for some reason I guess he figured the grass was greener someplace else. I don't care how good of a golfer he is, or was, it would appear that he isn't very smart.

How is he not smart? His only mistake was cheating and we know that most famous athletes do it.

What difference does it make if other athletes cheat on their wives? Just because other athletes do it does that mean Tiger Woods has to do it too? Tiger Woods had it made, a lot of money, a beautiful home, a beautiful wife and he was well respected by a great many people. But because he couldn't keep his dick in his pants he lost his wife, his home, and a ton of money in a divorce settlement. How can you possibly think that what he did wasn't really dumb? I suspect a lot of people have lost all respect for the guy. I certainly have no respect for him now. I used to think he was a really great guy who overcame the odds and made it big. Now I see him as nothing more than just another jock with only one thing on his mind, and it isn't golf either.

I had an interesting conversation with a guy during lunch the other day. His opinion about TW is that his father called all the shots from day 1, from when he took his first swings as a child until his first Master's win and beyond. His dad dictated everything: practice, endorsements, interviews, you name it. Military-like and regimented. And it worked. It made him a successful, peerless, billionaire athlete, admired by the world.

Then his father died.

TW lost all of his structure. He went nuts. He blew his nuts...everywhere. Then lost his wife and his children.

Now he's injured and hasn't won squat in years.

And his impulsive attitude is just going to continue to squander everything he had.

It's curtains time on Tiger.

No, he's just no longer on steroids.

I just wanted to comment on that one sentence I bolded above. I don't know what stories you've been reading, but Tiger Woods was never really 'a great guy' and he never 'overcame the odds and made it big'. He's been good in golf ever since he's two years old, and he gets better and better and better throughout the years.

In fact, I believe the past 1.5 years are the worst period he's been ever since he started professional golf (or even amateur, for that matter). If he ended up winning Majors again, *then* maybe it's appropriate enough to say 'he overcame the odds'. Some people may even still disagree to this, because they don't think that the odds are against him at all and he just needs time to get back on his winning streak again soon.

What I meant by that sentence is that Tiger Woods was the youngest man ever, and the first man of color, to win the Masters Tournament. I believe he was only 21 years old at the time. In my opinion that is one hell of a feat. What are the odds of that happening at such a young age?

I don't think you have a solid grasp on how much he's banked and how much he will continue to bank for at least 20 more years.

Almost $95 million alone in winnings and probably close to that amount every year in endorsements and whatnot.
