Tiger MP Bios

I have a Tyan Tiger MP system with the BIOS as it shipped this November (the second release, which point that is I forget). Right now there is an update for the 1.04 revision on Tyan's web site. However, the listed updates and fixes for the change is nothing that I could benefit from in my current configuration. I was wondering if anybody who has this board and already run this update knows whether or not there are other optimizations done in this update, or anything else fixed that they DON'T mention (ie the thermal monitoring that does not work).

I did the 1.04 update. No changes and I can see. It doesn't fix the thermal monitoring quirk either.
