how can any responsible parent let their child pose for a picture with a WILD ANIMAL let alone a TIGER!!!!!!

also the zoo needs to be sued for even allowing this!

The girl was posing for photographs with the tiger when it was startled by camera flashes and pulled the girl's head into its mouth, state media said.

even trained animals have been known to lash out at trainers and animals such as big cats usually are not submissive

they are animals after all and animals pretty much act on their instincts 99% of the time.

that little girl's head in front of the tiger's massive jaws was probably like a juicy apple in front of your mouth. you may be able to exercise a degree of control but wild animals can't.

and yet somehow you'd still win a darwin award for letting your 2 year old pose with it... theres no excuse whatsoever to let your 2 year old anywhere near such a dangerous animal, unless it was a pile of bones.

I had my picture taken with a tiger in Thailand. It seemed pretty tame, but it was chained and there was a trainer there who was closer to its mouth (so I think he would have been eaten first before me).
