Tif (tiff) to pdf???

OK, so helping a friend. Scanned in some docs. Resulted in tiffs. (dunno what software he's using, etc.).......but.........needs in pdf. (person on other end needs docs in pdf ONLY).

Any suggestions??? (I'd research more right now, but at work & don't have time at the moment & he's stressin' out. I told him a full-blown copy of Adobe would probably work but wouldn't know where to begin).

A PDF printer such as PDFCreator, CutePDF or pdf995 should work.

Actually, specifically NOT use a PDF printer; this may resample the image resulting in degradation.

Use a free image converter that supports the PDF format, like IrfanView.
