Ticketmaster site won't open....help???

Ok, my internet works....every other site works...even the other ticketmaster sites for other countries...but if i go to ticketmaster.com it won't load....I just get the page cannot be displayed page. and it does this on EVERY computer in the house (computers are networked wirelessly).

does anyone know why this could be? i wanted to buy some tickets this morning!

It sounds like your IP stack may be corrupted.

I have a similar problem on a system that I can not get to my Yahoo mail, but I can get to Yahoo itself.

Be patient, some of the tech support people may come along to assit you in spending your $$.
Or you could jump start the process and Pm some of them. I will not name names though.
 
Well if it works on all computers but that one, it's got to be that computer, obviously. You try checking your hosts file? That's the only thing I can think of at the moment 😕

He said he's having the same issue with all his computers.

You could try temporarily connecting a computer directly to the modem (no router) and see if that works.

i can go to ALL other websites. Even other ticketmaster (in other countries) works.

And it's not working on ANY of the computers in the house....BUT yesterday when i got home, i tried it and ticketmaster came up, but it was very temporary, it lasted about five minutes, now it's not working again. I will try plugging the modem directly into my computer when i get home.

i have rebooted the computer and modem since it hasn't worked (haven't been able to go to the site in a while).

so confused! especially since it worked for a minute..and then didn't again.
 
Try a trace route

Start > run > cmd > in dos window type tracert 209.104.56.141

Where does the trace route stop? If it does...
