Ticketmaster is about the worst company to deal with. they are total idiots, who can't get the location right on tickets they are selling. I called to talk to customer service and i was on hold for almost 30 minutes, this was a long distance call!!!! the customer service rep didn't even help me!! he was like, i'm sorry this happened, and basically hung up. wow. this really really really kills me. they basically monopolize the ticket industry, and can't even get it right. sounds like someone else, maybe microsoft?

Their prices could stand to be lower too imo.

Pearl Jam fought hard against them, but due to ticketmaster's hold, they can't play in many venue's due to lack of alternative means to sell tickets.

I agree too, maybe instead of investing microsoft they schould look at ticketmaster..
