Thursday night = best night of my life! (With Pics!)

Thursday night was my senior ball. I took my wonderful girlfriend Jessica, of course. The ball was at a country club called Twin Ponds. I took Jes out to dinner at a nice restaurant prior to arriving at Twin Ponds (where I became thoroughly confused by the method of paying the bill heh ) and then we made a sweeping entrance into the Ball. Or rather, we arrived, met some friends, took some pictures, and walked around for a while. Then we got our picture taken (50 bucks!!!! ouch!) and danced for the rest of the night (about 3 hours) I took many pictures, which I will scan and post on my website later for you all to view goofy li'l Scorchy with the most beautiful girl in the world.

Then I drove to Jes' house, where we layed on a blanket in her backyard and stargazed for a while, until we heard a large noise from the woods and became frightened 😉. Then we watched Shakespeare in love (fast-forwarding through all the naughty scenes, of course ) and when that was done, we just lay side by side holding each other for at least an hour, just gazing into each other's eyes. I arrived home at 4 am, and slept until noon Friday. Also, the night before the Ball, I went to bed at 11, but couldn't fall asleep until 6am..! So I'd had about 6 hours of sleep in the two days surrounding the ball...!

But that was pure bliss, and the best night of my life, without a doubt.

why the old car? because its my millionaire uncle's old car. 🙂 I actually drove my old beat up 1987 Pontiac Bonneville, though 😉

Trust me, you'll have a lot better times in your life than your senior ball. (BTW- Don't they call them proms anymore?)
 
Wow, my prom was about a month ago....I've been out of school for about 2 weeks😀
I'm glad to hear that you had fun. I had a great time at mine, and I've still got two more to go!(I'm a sophmore and a senior asked me🙂)

btw, what camera did you use to take those pictures?
 
What camera? Umm, I dont know, its just some ordinary 35mm camera; not digital. I scanned the pics tonight on our 6 year old craptacular slow as hell scanner.

Wow, you had the opposite of my Prom. Congrats. My prom sucked...my date ditched me, danced with other guys, didnt dance close to me AT ALL, and i didnt even get a high five at the end of the night. Waste of 230 dollars.
