As seen on the left, I only saw it once when the battery hit about 10% and power saver kicked in, haven't been able to find it since. How/where do I pull it up whenever I want to see it? It's probably something obvious...

Settings -> About phone -> Battery -> Battery use

you could also use a shortcut app to make a desktop shortcut directly to it.

i have my battery widget (batstat) set to go there when I tap on it
