ThunderBird gets all my junk mail from the server

Having several sites and email accounts i get TONS of junk mail.


Under Vista/W7 with Win Mail/live Mail or any other mail program, no problem.

Problem:

However, Thunderbird seems to get ANY mail from the servers and swamps me with junk, i am "training" the junk mail filter for two days now...but i am still getting lots of emails which i didnt even get in the first place with the other email programs.

Any idea what i can do?

 
Under the off chance that you are using googlmail, there is an option there somewhere to AVOID sending junk mail to your pop3 mail client.
