Thunderbird and Gmail question

Can I import gmail into Thunderbird? I'm trying but it's not working.

What does "ttt" mean? I use FreePops.

I remember having trouble setting this up. In Tbird I have my email address as MYNAME@gmail.com@gmail.com. I don't know why I have to have @gmail.com twice, but it solved the problem.

Yup. I do. Gmail has a good help section on how to actually do it for tons of different mail programs. Just look in the Settings page. You can't miss it.

Gmail now has full POP support.
