RMA'd an almost three-year-old SL-400 PSU to them with a noisy fan, expected them to either replace the fan or send me a refurbished SL-400, instead I got a brand new shrink-wrapped SP-400 with SATA/PCI-e/24-pin motherboard connectors and all.

Just like the person with the DFI thread, I like to post when a company does something cool to help form others' opinions of said company.

Now off to dinner.

They were great when I dealt with them for service as well. I lost my extra drive rails and called to see if I could purchase a set. They ended up mailing me 4 sets free of charge.
 
I have always had good dealing with Antec when it comes to having to RMA a PSU.
The Antec PSU in my server rigg is over 3yrs old and going strong.

The Antec PSu`s in my buisness riggs I have had to replace a few. Always been able to get new or refurbished in under 72 hrs.
