Thumbnails onto Microsoft Word 2002 -- Possible?

... I'm working on this project where I need to type in a different language other than English. I plan to use MS Word 2002 because it's a lot easier for me to type this different language. Is there a way how I can put thumbnail pictures onto Word 2002, and when my client click on that certain picture, it expands to a larger of the same picture. Is that possible, and how? Thanks in advance.
