Luckly all that happened was a pop and the PSU cut off. I unpluged it and pluged it back in and it powered up fine (thank god). I was pissed and there was a stapler sitting right next to me and i was also in a throwing something mood.... plus i was bored and wanted to see what would happen.

I was modding a PSU for my little sister's computer to make it quieter. I blew up the PSU (had a spark for some odd reason) and it took down the ECS K7S5A and the Duron 1 GHz with it. Thank god my Matrox and the RAM were fine. At least those were the among the cheapest motherboards and CPUs out there these days. Cheap to replace.
