ONLY these 2 particular tests are bad...so bad that it can't even run once.
I tried an overnight last night, with those 2 tests disabled, and everything else passed.
I'm more favoring that this may be a driver or software issue than hardware...I also have a little CPU burn-in utility that stress the CPU...and that one can run all night without problem.
