Alright, the other day a friend of mine told me about this program that he bought called Throttle
Its supposed to like speed up your internet connection and stuff by editing registry stuff, and I was wondering, before I decided whether or not to buy it, has anyone used it and had successful results with it
and also, does anyone know what it does
