Threw up, and now my temples are red...

I threw up a few hours ago, and just looked in the mirror. My right and left templates, and part of my forehead, have red spots on them - almost like a rash. It's mostly by my temples though.

Is this normal?
 
You could have some broken capillaries from straining when you vomited. Or you could have a fever. Broken capillaries will fade in a day or two.
