How does taking away a drivers license stop someone from driving a car.

The habituals are usually already driving on a suspended license.

If someone is habitually driving on a suspended license, then they are a danger to society, and should be removed. I'm just saying, if someone demonstrates an inability to use a privilege responsibly, the first course of action should be to remove that privilege. If they continue to disregard the law, then certainly more serious steps should be taken.

That about as effective as registering firearms so that criminals can't buy them.

Did Ted Kennedy do any time?

Royalty is not required to submit to the slavemasters like the rest of us.

The guy made a mistake, paid a heavy price (3 years in prison is no joke), and I'm sure feels horrible about what happened and has to live with it for the rest of his life. I feel bad for all involved, these are sad situations.
