Three possible solutions to the Israel/Palestinian conflict.

It seems that Israel is faced with few options when it comes to solving their problems with the Palesitinans:

1) Making them Israely citizens puts the Palestinians in control with the population majority. This would be catastrophic for Israel

2) Making them Israely citizens WITHOUT voting rights...but that really isn't fair to the Palestinians.

3) Give them a state of their own.

a) if you give them a pre 67' border state, we will have to move all the settlers (that could take years and much money)
b) if they have a state, and the radical factions STILL attack Israelys then Israel will beat them much worse than they are now.


WHICH ONE WOULD YOU PICK ?? (I would also love to hear some other possible solutions)

I have to agree that others doing it is no excuse. So looking at it independantly.....Israel is attacked, they respond, they win, they seize the land that really isn't anyones to begin with (officially that is) ... maybe it should be theirs ? I don't know. If they had attacked on their own and taken the land, I would say GIVE IT BACK !

nope, but if you know the bible, you would know it is in the best interest of christians to safeguard the Jews.

I think that Israel should pay the Settlers BIG BUX and MOVE THEM INTO PRE 67' ISRAEL. This could take 2+ years, so in the mean time they would stop ALL settlement expansion, and they would give the land back little by little. All the current Palestine would become official state. The 2 countries would continue to share Jerusalem as their capitol.

Whats worse is when you start to think about the Jewish beleif that when the Moshiach (messiah) comes, the Holy Temple (Bait Ha'Mikdash) is restored. This hapens to be right where the Dome of the Rock is .

This has been repeated before in history. Rome/Carthage for example. While the details were different, they were 2 powers in close enough proximity to the other. The end result if the Punic Wars was that Carthage was completely destroyed. Rome could not suffer competition, and Carthage rather die than submit. Other examples in history too. The "answer" to this problem is for one side to decimate the other completely. Slaughter. Now there is no conflict. Said you wouldnt like it.
