three monitors on an SLI setup

I really wanna run at least two monitors, possibly three and was wondering if anyone has experience with this on an SLI setup. One of the major complaints I read about is having to reboot to play games and using the 3 monitors productively, ala different apps running in each one. Thanks in advance.

the easiest way would be too put 2 monitors on the sli card and a 2rd on a pci graphics card

You can have 3 or 4 monitors only if you do not enable SLI, but once you do then you are limited to two unless like Falloutboy says you get yet another video card (PCI) that you can use to run the other monitor(s).
