Three days in Vancouver, BC

The kid had landed an internship at a West Virgina Clinic for the first half of his summer break. So wife is thinking of taking a mini-break and all of us go up to Vancouver BC for a short three days trips.

So far I have the following down:

Fly to Vancouver and arrive at 3pm... so won't be able to do much until the next day..

First day:
Stanley park (rent a bike since its huge),
Granville Island/public market, Gastown

Second day:
Victoria - Craigdarroch castle, the Parliament building, Royal BC museum Inner Harbor, Butchart garden (thinking too far for half a day) or Beacon Hill park

Third day:
capilano suspension bridge and the treetop thingie, hike around the park up to the river hatchery

I thought about the sea to sky gondola, but that's far up north and heard it might not be worth it

The fourth day would be flying back to Austin

Any recommendation on place that's worth to squeeze in? TIA.

Of course, the wife has been longed for real Cantonese/Chinese foods, so I have been bookmarking dum sum and sea food places to take her.

Any good Cantonese places (Especially Hong Kong style) anyone knows?

I remember there is a place which serves a big pile/mountain of lobster, but i can't for the life of me, remember if that's in Toronto or Vancouver..

¿Porque no los dos? You'll find restaurant serving stir fried or fried lobster in either city.

I can't recomment places since I don't live in Vancouver. You can definitely eat at Cantonese restaurant of the HK variety on the day you arrive though.
