Where can I find three axis joysticks? The higher quality the better, industrial grade is what I'm looking for but any will do.

Three axis: X, Y, and a twist function on the joystick or something like that.

Thanks!

Also, in terms of price range, that's not something that will limit this very much, there is one I found for $300 but something cheaper would be nice.

You should be able to find tons of these for <$150

Saitek or Microsoft are good starters.

Nearly all their sticks are 3 axis (x,y, twist) + throttle.

Don't most joysticks have that? I got a Saitek Cyborg Evo that has all three axes. I don't remember how much it was, but it couldn't be over $50.

It's a good joystick if you're using it to play arcade-ish kinds of games. I guess a flight sim might require something a bit more complicated. I used it to play through Freespace 2.

Some people complain about your arm blocking the throttle lever in the middle, but I didn't have a problem with that. When you hold the joystick, your arm is well above the throttle and at a slight angle so there's never any crossover. Unless you bend your wrist downwards on purpose, I don't see how that could ever become a problem.
