I doubt it. From what I assume they're some band or rap group? I'd say they chose the name for shock value as opposed to any sort of core principal. Isn't 666 really a Christrian thing anyway? Mark of the Beast or yadda yadda?
I'm pretty sure Satanists are like many other people and just laugh when people assume horribly misguided things about their religion.
 
ummm. No, three 6 mafia is not satanic....

if you listen to their latest cd "most known unknown's" you might think that they are quite hednoistic... but not satanic... (its a good cd btw)
