Threads being created and not showing up in the listing.

It seems two different people started threads in OT this morning that don't appear in the thread listings.

If you search for them they will show up but you cannot find them by just looking in the list of OT threads. This isn't the first time this has happened either although I can't for the life of me remember who it happened to a few months back.

That's odd. I wouldn't have the slightest idea why it's happening, though.

I mentioned this in Millennium's other thread, but this happened to me once. I made a thread with a poll and I messed up when entering it (the poll).

At the first screen of the poll form I entered a title but forgot the description and hit submit. It just took me back to the same page. I didn't notice my mistake so I submitted again. Same thing, back to the same page. So I hit back in my browser back to my post and submitted it again. I went through and entered the poll just fine the second time around.

The post however didn't appear in the forums. I could search for it, but no one else could see it. I had to make an entirely new post
