Dunno, thought it was pretty cool to finally see a retail chip do this. The new TR chips at 64 Threads, will be hard to get a SC! LOL --- Amazing times for new CPU's, thanks to AMD.

BTW, the 3499, is small OC running 3.5ghz on all cores, 62 green is TR core temps, and 63 is 1080ti core temps (bottom right)

I host my own unimportant images on my raspberry pie. :) Probably the cable connection went down for a bit. Probably should just host them on something more reliable.

Mark, yep. DC is what TR's were meant to do.

HT (HyperThreading) is just Intel's marketing brand name for SMT (Simultaneous Multithreading). AMD just calls it SMT. I've heard that AMD does a better job than Intel when it comes to multithreading, as they use larger cache memory and wider bus lanes. I haven't tried to disable it. But would be interesting to see how much of a difference it makes.
