Unplug and replug everything. Check the voltage switch on the back of the power supply..but you said the fan comes on, so that probably isn't the problem.

Try another power supply.
 
it's not an Epox 8k7a by chance is it? Sounds like the same thing that happened to me. Dell had a sweet deal on a nice pc so i just bought a new pc
