Did you label it in your post as a configuration code available on the site? If not, you can't expect the mods to know what it is. Just a thought.
 
As Allisolm stated, Mods will not verify that coupon codes are legit.

If Joe Public can get to them from a vendors web site without have to use hidden URLs, then they are considered to be valid. You would have to alert the Mods vis the post of such.

It is usually best to actually link to the code to avoid such mis-understandings.
Just saying that the code is valid on their web site does not cut it.
Some codes are one use only or for specific targets.
 
Given that case how does it become a hot deal.

Dell is providing you with a configuration. Is there is a price reduction difference from when Joe Public configures the same system starting from scratch from the Dell Web site?
