You would think after the 100th time you get the idea that maybe you make it all about yourself and learn to control it but not for your weak feeble mind.

naw, it's guys like you that want be to reply otherwise. What's your claim to fame if my mind is so feeble? I thought you were still living at your parent's place.

Yet another fine thread ruined by the King of ATOT trolls and the muckin forons who reply to it. Christ...

Wake up, mods!

I have outlined my 'life' quite a few times here so asshats like yourself can take notes and see I stick to the story.

Likewise I have posted my ASVAB, Pharmacy acceptance, PCAT scores, among many other 'proofs' when asked for them.

It doesn't stop the doubters.

My M3 doesn't just make me happy, it makes be better than you. lolz. I am sure it's a fact you have a craptastic life.

You got caught red handed earlier today saying you had a degree in Zoology which contradicted earlier posts made by yourself.

If you can't agree with you how the fuck are we supposed to?

As for your life let me tell you what it looks like from where I'm standing: someone in desperate need of acceptance and someone to pat him on the head and tell him he's a good boy.

No I corrected that ambiguity quickly. I have stated MANY times on ATOT and sub forums I do not have my Zoology degree, my background is heavy in biology, chemistry and zoology though. In the thread, it was relevant to where my knowledge base came from.

You sound like you are the one wanting acceptance...why don't you take a seat back in the peanut gallery and let us grown ups talk?

Are you going to cry?

I specifically wanted the E46 (2001-2006), I looked at the E92 (2008-2012) and I do not like them at all.

I also wanted the 2006 ZCP (competition package) and under 30,000 miles on it. I found one with all the options I wanted, 25,000 miles on the clock and selling for just under $40k which is easily in E92 territory.

I then had it shipped down for $1200, threw a bumper to bumper warranty on it from BMW for $6,000 covering me until 86,000 miles. I put about another $4,000 into it prior to the car even hitting my doorstep 😉

I have the best of both worlds, a like new E46 M43 with full warranty.

Personally, would not have dropped 40k+ on THAT car, I dislike the body style ... the E9x M3's are just...sex. I wanted one, but was a bit more expensive then I could afford, so 135i was the next step @ 26k.

apparently we are all supposed to know this. I guess we got left out of the circle jerk so never got the memo.

IIRC.. the circle jerk you are part of is commonly referred to as the "Pretentious Assholes group of the M3 owners club."

The E92's are not so much the 'driver's car' that the E46 was. Even the interior has swapped from the M series driver-centric cockpit style layout to a more commuter / passenger friendly straight facing one.

Ergonomics are bizarre like where they place the cup holders. The leather is nice, really nice needlework.

The ass of the car looks like a little kid squeezing their ass cheeks because they crapped themselves and there are only a few good angles on it.

Most of the diehard BMW crowd agrees which is why many of today's E92 drivers are very different than the mainstream ones. M3's were always sort of popular down here in S. Florida, but I have never seen so many M3's since the E90/92's.

Being I like 'rarer' cars, my E46 M3 is pretty unique. I have only seen about a half dozen so far and none have been the same. Silver Gray, White, a few Blues, and a black one.

zero. My brother and dad served, as did my grandfathers and great-grandfathers.

I was onboard to go Navy, but then MIT and Georgia Tech offered me spots. I decided to move into Biological sciences though after spending a year interning with a large engineering firm.

My ASVAB's were near perfect. I was heavily recruited for several years esp after having most of my advanced math and chemistry out of the way.

How many did you serve?

you could be using this amazing imagination you have to be writing books or something, but here you are trolling the anandtech forums instead. what a waste.

It boggles the mind that you think your M3 is how others would define your success and failure in life. Maybe that's how your faulty brain works but it's not how most other people work but hey enjoy that M3 if it makes you happy.

there were M3s (that's plural alky) in my high school parking lot, and i went to a pretty redneck high school, so i'm not sure why he thinks that would impress people.

I tend to multi-task...but my main 'work' today is reading Cisco Press's CCNA Voice book.

Hopefully I take it in June/July.

lol I'm wanting acceptance? what have I told you about myself in my quest for "acceptance" here 😀

"But I drive an M3!!!!"

He thinks it impresses people because that's how he measures himself and that's how he measures others. To him you're the sum of your belongings. Sad.

Probably not. Makes for a good story, but you can pick up E36's for a couple thousand bucks. A 2001 M3 that's been beat to hell and back for probably $10k.

In my high school, new BMW's were pretty regular. My best friend (actually lived with me a year at my parent's house to complete his last year at the school) had a 1986 930 Turbo, 328 Ferrari, 1985.5 Supra Turbo, a Countach, a Testarossa and a Ninja 600 between 1986-1989 in high school. Plus a Cutlass Supreme...lolz.

My M3 is obviously upsetting guys like you that grew up and didn't make it. Sorry about it, but hey I did something to better myself instead of whining about someone else's life.

You should try it.

either you're really new here or a RBM, so this is news or not, but 99% of what he posts is made up in his mind. according to his posts on here he's pretty much been everywhere and done everything, met everyone, lived through all sorts of events, etc etc.

actual contributing members of the forums get axed, and yet alky keeps (t)rolling on and on.

Surprisingly, i've seen a few E46's up here, a bunch of E36's, and very few E9x M3's.

If you got a bio degree, why work in IT?
