Not a lot. I bet I dont even like high thread count sheets, never tried thought. Does high thread count sheets feel more like silk or something?

i remember in consumer reports a while back they said there was some shens going on with some thread counts. definition of "thread" fuzzy

assuming you are getting actual thread count and not some fudged number, will 500-800 always be softer than 100-300 if its made of cotton? Or does the cotton itself make a big difference? What is the softest material for sheets?
