i bought them to give away as gifts.. i have 3 i keep in the car for me and my boys to use and 2 i keep inside the house to use.. i decided i didnt need this many and put 2 up for sale / trade but what do you know got in trouble for even mentioning i own 5 psp's.. i also own 7 xbox's (1 for each room and a few backup units when others need repair) and 4 ds lites! im addicted to buying good deals and give good gifts.. i own 8 quad core pc's as well.. check my fs threads i almost never sell and always buy buy buy..

Also just got a infraction for suggesting that 2gb memory support is not good enough on a mobo in HOT Deals Section by esquared.. ive gotten a week ban in past for even asking if i could msg gilbot since "msging a mod is against the rules" seems like they have to much free time when others can bad moulth everything in so many diff ways but if i say i dont like a brand or get something with better memory support well then jump on me..

if i was a dealer then i would understand.. at the price i was selling these for i was actually losing money not gaining any.. i lost my main job and just wanted a few bucks to play with so put up 2 for sale or trade.. saying i had 4 or 5 was is a mute point as i could own 50 of them i am only selling 2 and wasnt even trying to profit or even break even.. i should just ebay them since i have 20$ selling credit there but wanted to really just trade one of them for something cool.. check all my fs threads.. ive had same psp for sale for over a year im either worst dealer or dont really care about selling things.. i have my 4year old prying on my fingers SAYIN56G He wants to play dinosaur game so ill leave it at that

i didnt want you to tell me anything you already told me and i try not to make mistakes twice.. i wont even sell anything or trade anything here i just buy.. point of this thread was to warn others that this was even a offense since selling 2 of a item and being a dealer is totally absurd. Ive seen TONS of people sell Tons of hard drives and even say they got them from clients etc and they dont get threads locked.. even saw one guy selling 10 freeagent usb wd hd's that he bought on sale and was turning profit selling..




also here is example of how everyone can say what product people should buy instead but no deleted posts or threadcrap warnings..

That thread has nothing to do with FS/FT nor with the topic at hand.

If you had sold TWO PSP's without mentioning the rest you would have been fine, this has been explained numerous times. Until you understand the rules, why not just ask first instead of whining about it here?

Well i didnt really want a reply from you as you did tell me afterward to re list them.. it was pointing out that some people do not get put under microscope for threads and others might mention they have 20 of a item to show why they wanted to sell 1 of them get infractions and thread locked.. im sorry i should have made another thread to point out e-squared gave me infraction (ALSO) for suggesting that people not get a 945 motherboard and get a 965 ididnt even mention the brand was bad or anything else..

id like to add that infractions are not meaningless.. last time they brought up my infractions and banned me for a week? that was when i asked if i could msg gilbot since i had a few e6400's for 40 bux each.. lollies lots wasted time over this at least i got some giggles for how serious some people are over things.. i didnt care didnt even relist them.. just throwing up a warning for others..

i loved virtual larry's post about if he had 5 sata cables for sale he would be marked a dealer was very humorous

Infractions themselves are meaningless, but when we use them to keep track and you make habits of getting infractions... then they have meaning.

Let me summarize for you, ONE infraction = meaningless. Move on.

Multiple infractions = you are making trouble and work for us = you will be punished. Make sense?

Also, if you make it a habit of selling multiple items in quantity you will be falgged as a dealer. So as we said before, on a case by case review, selling 5 SATA cables could land you in hot water if you make 60 threads over the span of a few months all selling "only 5 SATA cables". By our math, that's 60 threads x 5 cables = 300 SATA cables. You don't think 300 cables is a dealer?

One, they are not for sale and it's ten FANS which an average person is more likely to have than five gaming systems. Christ, your average case today can house four to six fans alone.
Two, if you would have asked first (like I did), your thread would likely have been allowed.
Three, I have THREE hard drives. Since you cannot or refuse to read AND comprehend, let me highlight for you:

CC's answer of three is still what we look at in general terms but we still do look a member's explanation on a case by case basis. There are always exceptions to the rule.

Four, you cry more than my two year old. Why don't you just get over it already, learn your lesson and move on?

Wanted to buy and available for trade is much different than attempting to sell the items.

The quantity of the items w/ the exception of the fans is within the guidelines IF they were for sale.

And as you noted, there is not a Sale thread.

I have attempted to explained the situation multiple times to you.

To pursue this anymore will put you into Mod callout territory.

though i do have a honest quesiton. i have said a few times i have 4 DS's. I been wanting to replace my old DS (the old clunky style) and get a DSI.

if i make a FS/FT post about the 1 would i get a infraction? im sure i gota 10000 by now and don't want the one to break the camels back.
