akachan97, try not to be jealous of your neighbors riches. I mean you must feel pretty bad about being a slave to your yard, then to have your neighbor flaunt this ability to overcome such slavery. You may also find this as being threatning to your ego, as this neighbor is marking his territory with trash, and then attempting to expand his territory by marking your yard with trash as well. The fact that he is 79 years old, almost blind, deaf, and lost his legs in "tha war" makes him a real threat to your way of life. Do not take advise from the above post as that will show that you are truely afraid, instead start marking his territory by your own means (with lawn ornaments, daily grass clipping, watering, fertilizing, etc). This will truely teach your neighbor who is in charge.
