Too random and messy. No theme as far as I can tell.

The obvious theme is the appears to be overcoming of a deep sorrow symbolized by the obsessive use of various tones of blue caused by what they view as a string of bad luck represented by the dice. The outer ring of gold represents that hope of finally being able to be successful after the aforementioned string of bad luck.
