Thoughts on Hoover Elite Rewind?

I have a cheap Hoover at home, it's great, but I hate having to empty it. I would just put the canister in a trash bag, but the filter gets so clogged, I have to hit against something to get all the dust and dirt to pour out.
Since these Elite Rewinds are cheap, I figured it would be nice since their is no filter that builds up a crap load of dust.
Anybody have one?
 
I got one at costco. crap still clogs up in it. There's a hepa filter that apparently never needs to be changed on the bottom, but there's another filter in/behind the canister that needs to be sprayed out with compressed air pretty often.

dangnabit. I was going to get mine at Costco too.
