don't answer.

And switch your voicemail greeting to: "You've reached a number which has been disconnected and is no longer in service. If you feel you've reached this recording in error, go with it, hang up. On three: One, two?"

Stop answering and then immediately call back from your desk. You know what to do already...do you really need a bunch of strangers on the net to help you grow a big enough pair to do it?

Is it causing you to go over your minutes or to even have to be careful because you're getting too close for comfort?

No, and this is why I'm hesitant to say anything. My wife and I get 1000 minutes each month between us, and we use about 3/4 of them, including the constant nagging by my boss.

This frustrates me, though, because he's generally a very inconsiderate individual, and this is just one more thing that drives people here nuts. The guy is an all around pain in the ass.

If you don't use all your minutes, what's the big deal?

i am assuming you can tell its him calling by your cell phones caller id..when he calls dont andswer and just call him back each and everytime from your desk phone...

if/when he comments about that just explain to him you have no more minutes left on your plan....

or you could change your cell number and not give it to him.

I get this a lot too... not quite as much as the OP does though.
I have to make a lot of international calls, and I do this quite often from my cell. Then I expense anything above my regular plan to my employer.

I guess it really doesn't matter unless it goes over my minutes.

I've thought about this, but I guess what irritates me is that, unless I go over my minutes, *I'm* the one forking over the dough for this phone, not my employer. Why should they think it acceptable to reap all the benefits of me owning a cell phone?

Frankly, the same goes for my high bandwidth Internet. They benefit a TON from me being able to log in from home and get work done outside of the "40 hour" week... all the benefits, none of the costs.

Are you going to offer to reimburse them for the use of their computer and network to post on ATOT from work? ;)

They're already reimbursed for that by the 10 - 20 extra hours I put in each week.
