Thoughts on Altered Carbon?

I'm curious what you guys think of this new Sci-Fi show on Netflix. It has a weird "Blade Runner meets Demolition Man" vibe.

unlike some, I didn't see a whole lot of promotion for it other than maybe 3 times seeing it at the top of the netflix page.... I know some people I know were sick of seeing it advertised....

either way, I like it. best "netflix original" series in a long while IMHO

I agree with the Blade runner vibe but really like it. Their Pandora commercial was shit though. I wasn't going to watch it because of that awful POS. Then I saw the autoplay trailer

I just finished season one last night and I absolutely love this show.

Finished the first 3 episodes. Im going slow so that I can savor this one. Really like it and the premise, going to have to read the books. Poe really cracks me up and cant believe how ripped Joel Kinneman got for this if that is really all him.

4 Episodes in, loving it. I had no idea the book even existed until hearing about this show, so once I'm done with the season I will start reading the books.
